Data Analysis Trainee (Remote)

About the role

MedTourEasy, based in Ghaziabad, is a healthcare technology company that works with healthcare partners to improve patient experience and support data-informed decisions. It offers a remote traineeship for a Data Analysis Trainee who will gain hands-on experience in data analytics while contributing to healthcare-related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, organize and validate datasets for analysis and reporting
• Perform basic data analysis and assist in building simple data models
• Support the creation of dashboards and reports under the guidance of senior team members
• Interpret data trends, prepare documentation and communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in a quantitative, technical or related field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively and collaborate virtually
• Clear communication skills for explaining data findings to non-technical people
• Curiosity, attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and methods

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of statistics
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts, or willingness to learn them
• Comfort with spreadsheets and/or data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL or introductory BI tools is beneficial
