Oracle Financials Techno Functional Analyst (70% Functional, 30% Technical)

About the role

ECS is hiring an Oracle Financials Techno Functional Analyst in Hyderabad (Telangana) to manage and support the client's Oracle E-Business Suite Financials landscape. The role combines strong functional knowledge of Oracle R12.2.12 financial modules with technical work on integrations, and includes support for a third-party collections tool. It is a full-time position with a 1 PM to 10 PM shift.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.12 Financials: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and E-Business Tax.
• Act as the main point of contact for production support, delivering minor enhancements and configuration updates (typically under 80 hours of effort).
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close, and manage functional incidents with root cause analysis.
• Support end-to-end financial processes with Finance stakeholders, and collaborate with Oracle SCM experts on cross-functional issues.
• Learn and support the third-party collections tool, troubleshooting issues in Oracle Accounts Receivable and the tool.
• Handle technical aspects of Oracle ERP: interfaces, conversions, reports, reconciliations and data validation.
• Manage integrations with Salesforce, Oracle HCM, Oracle EPM (PBCS and FCCS) and other systems, and coordinate with the vendor and technical teams.
• Work with the BI team on reporting, dashboards and data extracts, and partner with IT and application teams on enhancements.
• Follow IT security and compliance standards such as SOX and internal audit controls.
• Document configuration changes and enhancements, and support release management: patch reviews, non-production preparation, UAT and production deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite, with a strong functional focus on financials modules.
• Hands-on experience supporting integrations with systems such as Salesforce, Oracle HCM, BI/reporting platforms or other enterprise applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and support the third-party collections tool.
