Software Developer (.Net) – Delhi

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a motivated .Net Developer to join its Engineering team in Naraina, Delhi. You will design, build and maintain scalable web applications and high‑performance APIs that support our records and information management services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web APIs and backend services using .NET Core and C#.
• Ensure optimal database performance across SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments.
• Collaborate with senior developers, front‑end engineers and Agile project teams during daily stand‑ups and code reviews.
• Apply SOLID principles and secure coding standards to deliver reliable software.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and performance issues.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• C# and modern .NET Core frameworks.
• Design and implementation of RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of HTTP protocol.
• Experience with ORMs such as Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
• Version control using Git.
• Knowledge of OOP and SOLID design principles.
