Service Advisor – Customer Experience at Multi‑Brand Service Centre

About the role

ACKO Drive is expanding its network of multi‑brand service centres and needs a Service Advisor to be the front‑line representative at the Kudlu Gate location in Bengaluru. You will interact directly with customers, understand their vehicle service needs, and coordinate the workshop to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, gathering service requirements and providing professional advice on repairs, maintenance, and preventive care.
• Prepare and manage job cards, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Coordinate with workshop and parts teams to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Maintain transparency on costs, timelines, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Drive customer satisfaction (NPS), handle escalations, and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Achieve upselling and cross‑selling targets for value‑added services and preventive maintenance packages.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in car OEMs or multi‑brand workshops.
• Experience handling both service and body‑shop vehicles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Familiarity with job‑card systems, billing processes, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
