Senior Vice President, Head of Finance

About the role

The Senior Vice President, Head of Finance will lead the finance function for the DBS Tech Centre, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient cash‑flow management. This senior leader will oversee a team of 11‑12 finance professionals and partner with regional finance teams to support the entity’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage head‑office (HO) reporting, statutory audits, tax and transfer‑pricing compliance.
• Oversee month‑end close activities, receivables, treasury, payables (vendor and employee) operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management information systems (MIS) for the entity.
• Present financial results to Board and Management meetings.
• Develop and scale a finance organization to meet future growth objectives.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams in Singapore and India to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities across lines of business and support functions.

Required profile

• 18‑25 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA); MBA in Finance/Accounting preferred.
• Experience with SEZ/STPI entities is a plus.
• Proven people‑management and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple geographies.
• Strong communication abilities and openness to feedback.

• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using accounting ERP systems.
