Senior Sales Development Representative – APAC

About the role

As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Branch, you own the top of the funnel for our biggest bets in APAC. You'll break into enterprise and high‑growth accounts, open doors with senior decision‑makers, and start the conversations that turn into our largest deals.

Key responsibilities

• Run creative, multi‑channel outbound (calls, email, social and in‑region touchpoints) into enterprise and high‑growth accounts, opening senior‑level conversations that fuel our largest opportunities.
• Own account strategy alongside Account Executives – build and prioritize target lists, research key accounts, and craft plans to break into each one.
• Be the face of Branch in‑market – build visibility and brand across the region, clearly connecting our solutions to each prospect's biggest priorities.
• Leverage local presence, relationships and market knowledge across APAC to unlock accounts others can't, setting the pace for growth in these key markets.

Required profile

• 3+ years in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role with a proven track record of prospecting into larger, complex accounts.
• Strong phone skills – enjoys cold calling, handles objections with ease, and builds genuine relationships that open doors.
• Consistent record of beating targets, ranking in the top 10‑20% of performers.
• Strong local presence and network in the APAC market with cultural fluency to sell effectively across the region.
• Self‑driven, resilient, and highly motivated to launch a serious career in sales.
