Senior Project Manager – High‑Rise Projects

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at Godrej Properties, you will lead high‑rise development projects from budgeting through to final handover, ensuring quality, schedule and cost targets are met while coordinating cross‑functional teams and external contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Track project spend against allocated budget, certify consultant and contractor bills, and follow up with accounts for timely payments.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend suitable contractors, consultants and vendors; provide technical scope inputs for contracts and budgeting.
• Prepare detailed project plans, work schedules and risk‑mitigation strategies in coordination with project management consultants.
• Conduct weekly review meetings with contractors and consultants to monitor progress, schedule, design and quality issues.
• Obtain required materials, coordinate with contracts and design teams, and ensure timely fulfillment of material requirements.
• Track construction activities against final drawings, schedule and budget; hold daily team meetings to discuss progress and resolve issues.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in managing high‑rise construction projects.
• Proven ability to control budgets and manage contractor relationships.
