Senior Program Officer – Digital Health

About the role

PATH India is seeking a senior leader to drive emerging technologies and innovations in digital health across South Asia. The role will shape strategy, build partnerships, and guide the development of technology‑enabled public health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Digital Health to define partnership and business development strategies aligned with PATH’s digital health vision.
• Develop and manage relationships with donors, partner organizations, research institutions, and technology innovators.
• Represent PATH at public forums and with external audiences.
• Continuously monitor the external landscape for emerging technologies such as AI, telemedicine, and diagnostic tools.
• Identify, articulate, and integrate innovative digital health trends into scalable public health interventions.
• Structure and oversee technology‑focused projects, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and pathways to scale.

Required profile

• Advanced degree or training in Computer Science, MBA, Digital Health, or a related field from a top‑tier institution.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in IT, technology, or business development leadership.
• Deep understanding of digital health technology trends and their impact on health‑care delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of South Asia’s development sector, regulatory environment, and fundraising practices.
• Proven ability to build coalitions and work both independently and within high‑performing teams.
