About the role
The position leads production lines at Bosch's Naganathapura plant in Bengaluru, focusing on schedule adherence, KPI achievement and compliance with the Bosch Production System. You will motivate the team, drive continuous improvement and ensure high‑quality output of automotive electronic products.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor schedule adherence versus actual production for assigned lines.
- Achieve KPI targets defined for each line.
- Conduct associate training and manage skill levels (TQS).
- Implement 5S practices and handle production issues.
- Motivate the team, gather suggestions and drive improvements.
- Confirm processes and ensure adherence to production standards (BPS, LTT).
Required profile
- BE in Electrical/Electronics with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma in a related field with 4‑8 years of experience.
Required skills
- SMT production experience.
- Basic problem‑solving tools.
