About the role
The company is looking for a senior Jewelry Sales Associate to work full‑time on‑site in Patna. You will be the face of the store, helping customers find the perfect pieces while delivering an excellent shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through the jewellery collection.
- Display items attractively and keep the sales floor tidy.
- Answer product inquiries, process transactions and handle payments.
- Maintain store appearance and visual standards.
- Support the team in meeting sales targets and boosting overall customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in sales or jewellery sales is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
