Senior IT Security Engineer – Network & Security (Delhi)

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Security Engineer to join our Network & Security team in Delhi. The role will focus on investigating security incidents, operating and hardening network security infrastructure, and continuously improving the organization’s security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate security incidents, determine root causes, coordinate remediation and document outcomes.
• Configure, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs and network monitoring tools.
• Support vulnerability management, security hardening, compliance requirements and operational security standards.
• Perform risk‑based assessments considering threat exposure, attack paths, business criticality and operational impact.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, security awareness programs and evaluation of new security technologies.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in IT security, network security, incident response and security operations.
• Ability to prioritize findings based on business risk rather than tool‑generated severity.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.

• SIEM platforms, threat intelligence and incident response processes.
