About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Senior Associate to support and manage an existing UK accounting practice. The role involves close coordination with the UK team, managing client portfolios, handling ad‑hoc assignments, supporting engagement processes, and assisting in business valuation activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tax advisory and consultancy services to corporate and personal clients, ensuring compliance and optimisation.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, tax computations and related compliance documents by deadlines.
- Research, analyse and interpret changing tax legislation in the UK and overseas.
- Assist with business valuation activities and ad‑hoc assignments for the UK practice.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Basic exposure to UK accounting practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across geographies.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented with the ability to develop expert knowledge in corporate tax, international and inheritance tax, national insurance, personal tax, trusts and estates.
