Senior Associate – Institutional NFR, Payments & Cash Management

About the role

The Senior Associate supports the management of Non‑Financial Risk (NFR) across Transaction Banking Payments & Cash Management (PCM) products and services. Working under senior NFR colleagues, the role partners with product, sales, implementation, operations, technology, digital delivery and control functions to provide practical risk advice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior NFR staff in delivering risk advice for payments, liquidity, cash management, receivables, payables, virtual accounts and client connectivity solutions.
• Prepare analyses on product risk profiles, control effectiveness, customer outcomes and risk impacts of product, process or technology changes.
• Translate risk information into clear insights, reports and updates for stakeholders and governance forums.
• Support risk‑management activities throughout the product, platform and client lifecycle.
• Contribute to strengthening the control environment, governance activities and regulatory readiness.
• Escalate issues, incidents and emerging risks through appropriate channels.

Required profile

• Experience in non‑financial risk or risk‑management functions within transaction banking or payments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (product, sales, technology, operations, digital delivery, control).
• Strong analytical skills to assess and report material non‑financial risks.
• Understanding of domestic and cross‑border payments, liquidity and cash‑management solutions.
