Senior Architect – Residential & Commercial Mixed-Use Projects

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to lead design development and multidisciplinary coordination for large‑scale residential and commercial mixed‑use projects in Noida. The role demands strong design expertise, meticulous documentation, and the ability to meet client expectations while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage design development for large residential and commercial mixed‑use projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and guarantee the accuracy, quality, and coordination of all project documentation.
• Ensure timely issuance of drawings and deliverables according to project schedules.
• Maintain high standards of design quality and documentation.
• Interact with clients and consultants to address design and project requirements.
• Support junior team members with design guidance and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree.
• 10–15 years of relevant architectural design and coordination experience.
• Proven experience on large‑scale residential and commercial mixed‑use projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
