Senior Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our collaborative expert team. You will work on diverse and demanding projects using the latest design tools to deliver high‑quality, sustainable solutions. In close collaboration with the Finnish team, you’ll play a key role in problem‑solving and project success.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and support junior designers through mentoring, technical coaching, and design reviews.
• Perform and support 3D modeling as part of the design and coordination process.
• Review and validate calculations, drawings, and models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate and review design deliverables to meet local Finnish client and contractor requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable regulations, standards, and client specifications.
• Take responsibility for the quality of designs and deliverables.
• Proactively communicate with other engineers to drive issues to resolution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent in English with over 10 years of experience in electrical design.
• Proficient in MagiCad, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• At least 3 years of experience on projects in the Nordic countries, including Finland.
• Strong background in project management and a proven track record in industrial, residential and public building projects.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
