Sales Manager - ERP Software

About the role

In4Velocity is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in ERP software sales to lead its sales efforts and drive revenue growth in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology and has 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in enterprise sales management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads to build a robust and healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle independently, from demo to proposal, negotiation and final closure.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of technology and deliver product presentations and software demos to prospective clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organisations.
• Provide daily sales updates and reports to the leadership team.
• Sell both on-premise (enterprise) and SaaS-based software solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology; 7 to 12 years of enterprise sales management experience.
• Proven track record of closing deals worth ₹20 lakhs and above, and consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales targets of ₹3 crores or more.
• Prior experience handling clients in the Hyderabad region.
• Self-motivated, effective communicator, team player and committed to continuous learning.
