Channel Sales Manager - Civil Construction Field Systems

About the role

Trimble's Civil Construction Field Systems (CCFS) business serves public agencies and large civil enterprises by standardising workflows across mixed equipment fleets, automating regulatory compliance and giving contractors a common engineering design. As Channel Sales Manager, you will implement the regional go-to-market strategy, interface directly with key accounts and drive product-line growth. The role is based in New Delhi / Gurgaon with 50% to 75% regional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans and achieve defined growth goals for key product lines, including Machine Control and Guidance, Site Surveying and Design Software
• Coach and guide the distribution network to ensure market penetration
• Build a robust sales pipeline with customers and distributors across construction, survey and infrastructure segments
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and maintain the sales pipeline
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations at industry events

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in the construction industry, with a track record of driving revenue and managing key accounts
• Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business development; deep industry experience is considered in place of an unrelated academic background
• Self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bonus points: post-graduation in marketing, key accounts with major infrastructure clients across North and East India, experience with government tenders and approvals, and multi-channel distribution management
