Catalogue Associate

About the role

ECS, Enterprise Change Specialists, is hiring a Catalogue Associate in Hyderabad, Telangana, on a full-time basis. The role validates vendor information, builds and maintains product catalogs for fashion items and keeps inventory sheets up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Validate the information provided by vendors and sellers.
• Create and manage product catalogs for fashion products, entering product details according to category guidelines and adding catalog images according to image guidelines.
• Create, manage and share reports on a daily basis.
• Update and maintain inventory sheets for multiple vendors each day.
• Create or modify processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of catalog operations.
• Support team members in resolving catalog-related issues and interact regularly with vendors for product updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the e-commerce cataloging process.
• Excellent spoken and written English and good communication skills.
• High-quality attention to detail and good time management.

Required skills

• Good cataloging knowledge and internet research skills to source information.
• Ability to create detailed and informative reports.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Good knowledge of photo editing tools to crop and resize images to meet guidelines.
