Research & Development Engineer – Graduate Program

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh engineering graduates to join our Research and Development team as DET/GET/PGET/MT. In this role you will contribute to the design, development and optimisation of innovative products and processes, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in design and engineering projects across R&D, manufacturing, quality and digital functions.
• Support product development, process improvement and optimisation initiatives.
• Analyse data, prepare reports and contribute to competence development.
• Participate in continuous improvement and innovation activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
