Regional Tax Manager – Local, Direct & Indirect Taxes

About the role

Reckitt is seeking a Regional Tax Manager to lead local, direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting across multiple markets. Reporting to the Area Tax Compliance and Reporting Senior Manager and working closely with the Regional Controller, you will ensure accurate tax filings, support business decisions, and maintain strong governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the regional tax compliance calendar, ensuring timely filings and payments.
• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, coordinating with outsourced providers.
• Review tax computations, corporate tax returns, VAT/GST returns, WHT filings, transfer‑pricing documentation and Pillar 2 submissions.
• Analyze financial data, resolve provider queries, and assess tax implications of transactions, reorganisations and business changes.
• Prepare and review tax journal entries, payments, VAT refund claims, incentive applications and local filings.
• Coordinate statutory accounts tax disclosures, deferred tax calculations, balance‑sheet reconciliations and audit interactions.
• Support annual tax controls testing and ensure adherence to internal governance standards.
• Monitor tax law changes and update processes accordingly.
