About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to support our clients by matching them with qualified talent. The successful candidate will act as a trusted talent partner, understanding both client needs and industry nuances to deliver effective hiring solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Actively source and qualify candidates for open positions.
- Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships within the market.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Goal‑oriented with a proven ability to meet quotas.
- Strong deadline management and independent motivation.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
