Recruiter – Full‑time, On‑site in Pune

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Recruiter position based in Pune. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process – from defining role requirements with hiring managers to sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews and managing offers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain active candidate pipelines, schedule and facilitate interviews, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to understand talent needs, support workforce planning and strengthen employer branding.
• Continuously refine recruitment processes, stay updated on market trends and help build a diverse, high‑performing team aligned with the company’s mission.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment across technology, product, operations and healthcare roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on inclusive hiring.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment, juggling multiple requisitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
• Prior experience recruiting for startups or health‑tech companies is highly beneficial.
