Regional Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will act as the People Brand Ambassador for Aviva Life Insurance, partnering closely with sales teams to drive talent acquisition, employee development and engagement across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review and continuously improve hiring strategies and models for sales roles.
• Lead bulk sales hiring initiatives, managing up to 500+ hires per year through job portals.
• Oversee induction, onboarding and assimilation programs for new hires.
• Monitor headcount, offers, selections, exits and ensure timely issuance of offers.
• Drive employee engagement, communication and regional branch visits.
• Handle governance, grievance redressal, conflict resolution and vendor coordination.
• Lead change management projects and support talent retention and development initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate or higher with 10+ years of experience in recruitment and sales HR business partnering, preferably in insurance, banking, NBFC or fintech.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume hiring under tight SLAs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
• Comfortable working under pressure, handling ambiguity and proposing solutions.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
