Talent Acquisition Partner – Sales & Diversity Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment initiatives for sales functions, drive diversity hiring, and manage campus recruitment in Kolkata. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality hires within defined turnaround times while supporting an inclusive workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design and execute sales hiring strategies, sourcing top talent across all levels.
• Lead diversity hiring programs, building relationships with specialized job boards and networking groups.
• Optimize recruitment processes to meet strict turnaround time (TAT) targets and report on key metrics.
• Design and run campus hiring campaigns, fostering relationships with universities and managing internships and graduate programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on sales hiring.
• Proven track record in diversity hiring and campus recruitment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet hiring TATs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Data‑driven hiring approach.
