Recruiter (Remote, India Timezone)

About the role

Qubrid AI is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team on a full‑time remote basis. The role supports the company’s rapid growth by sourcing and hiring top technical talent, primarily for AI and infrastructure positions, while working late‑night India hours to align with U.S. business schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare and negotiate offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment data, generate hiring reports and keep ATS records up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for IT, AI or other technical roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
