Recruiter – Firmwide Functions (Senior Associate)

About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase’s high‑performing Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiting Associate. You will drive strategic talent acquisition for Firmwide Functions, focusing on Risk Management, and help build high‑performing teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Firmwide Functions roles, from Analyst to Vice President level.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, advising on best practices, controls, and policies.
• Source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates, adapting strategies based on feedback and market trends.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, influencing decisions and managing expectations.
• Educate candidates on career opportunities, firm culture, and benefits to secure successful offers.
• Develop strategies to attract a diverse slate of candidates and present market data to inform hiring decisions.
• Contribute to projects such as market mapping and confidential talent searches.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Risk Management.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to handle multiple searches simultaneously.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities with both clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Knowledge of compensation structures and experience negotiating complex offers.
• Experience using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to analyse and present hiring and market data.
