HR Coordination Associate – Internship/Fresher

About the role

Global Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordination Associate to support its recruitment and employee communication functions. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who want to start a career in HR coordination, recruitment, and business operations. You will work closely with the management team handling interview scheduling, onboarding support, and daily HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and follow‑up with candidates.
• Handle HR communication via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
• Support onboarding and recruitment activities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with candidates and management.
• Perform data entry and documentation tasks.
• Assist in employee engagement and office coordination activities.
• Support daily administrative and HR operations.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
• Graduate/undergraduate students, preferably in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management or related fields.
• Good English communication skills.
• Confident, positive personality with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, responsible work attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word.
• Proficiency in email communication.
