About the role

Pinkvilla, a leading digital entertainment and lifestyle platform, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring initiatives across multiple channels. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top talent for the media and digital business.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Utilize headhunting techniques and cold‑calling to engage passive talent.
• Create and tailor job descriptions for diverse roles.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assess fit, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the interview process.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience as an HR recruiter, preferably in media or digital industries.
• Proven expertise in full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, headhunting, and candidate evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and job boards for recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.
