HR Recruiter – Digital & Social Media Hiring (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter specialized in digital and social media hiring. The position is fully remote and ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of recruitment experience who can manage multiple digital marketing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for digital marketing and social media positions.
• Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an ad agency or digital hiring environment.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring and sourcing tools.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment quotas.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent LinkedIn sourcing tools).
