About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience that supports our rapid growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience throughout every touchpoint.
• Track and report recruitment metrics using ATS and other tools.
• Negotiate offers and manage multiple open roles in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to juggle several roles simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
