QC Training Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

The QC Training Specialist will lead learning and development initiatives for Quality Control Micro Fulfillment Centres (MFCs). You will identify knowledge gaps, design training interventions, and partner with operations leaders to drive performance improvements across mapped hubs and sites.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close knowledge gaps to support business goals.
• Recommend and implement training solutions for hubs and MFCs.
• Track site performance metrics and schedule proactive training interventions.
• Supervise structured learning metrics and monitor results.
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end for assigned sites.
• Deliver learning sessions on new processes and SOPs via in‑person or digital formats.
• Produce and maintain data reports to support business requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of digital new‑hire training, coaching, and performance‑improvement programs.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to conduct site health checks and address gaps immediately.
• Lead individual improvement projects to boost business performance.
• Drive quality and learning metrics.
• Conduct online and classroom training for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Training Needs Analysis processes is a plus.
