Supervising Associate - Resource Management

About the role

EY is hiring a Supervising Associate for its Resource Management function in Bengaluru, acting as a Resource Management Hub Deputy Manager. The role delivers consistent, high-quality service to key business stakeholders within EY's Global Delivery Services, which supports consulting, assurance, tax, strategy and transactions, and enablement services.

Key responsibilities

• Service delivery: manage end-to-end resource fulfilment aligned with delivery timelines and business priorities, oversee billing and finance for resource deployment, own headcount planning, and champion strategic resource management initiatives.
• Monitor and improve service levels, turnaround times and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Forecast demand and plan capacity across skill sets, maximize bench utilization and redeploy resources efficiently.
• Work with Talent Acquisition and HR to align hiring plans with pipeline and delivery needs.
• Establish and track KPIs for resource performance, utilization and productivity, and conduct regular reviews with delivery leads.
• Act as a strategic partner to delivery and business leaders, run governance forums on resource allocation and performance, and resolve escalations on staffing conflicts, skill mismatches or delivery risks.
• Maintain accurate dashboards and reports on resource availability, utilization and forecasting, using data to drive decisions.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA (preferably HR) with 12-14 years of overall experience, including 8+ years in end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting and scheduling.
• Short-term and long-term resource planning exposure is an added advantage.
• Exceptional written and oral communication, strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and flexibility for changing priorities.

Required skills

• Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end resource management.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel; data visualization tools are an added advantage.
