Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Pragna Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for US‑based clients. You will work from 3 PM to 12 AM IST, aligning with client operations, and help shape workforce strategies in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, reference checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably serving US clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms and job boards.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other professional networks for sourcing.
