Purchase Manager – IT Infrastructure & Procurement

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement of IT infrastructure and technology solutions. The role will involve sourcing hardware, software and cloud services, managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery to support our business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for servers, storage, networking, security, data‑center and cloud solutions.
• Source products from OEMs, distributors and vendors, obtain and evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Technical, Finance and Delivery teams to capture procurement requirements.
• Issue and track purchase orders, monitor order status, and resolve issues such as price changes, availability or delivery delays.
• Maintain vendor databases, purchase records and procurement reports while ensuring compliance with internal approval procedures.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and build a reliable network of suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase or procurement, preferably within IT infrastructure or system integration.
• Proven track record working with OEMs, distributors and IT product vendors.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply‑chain coordination and commercial negotiation.
• Currently employed and based in the Delhi‑NCR region.
• Prior experience in the IT system integration (SI) industry is a plus.
