Project Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Mayur Infra Construction Pvt Ltd is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join its North Goa team. This full‑time, on‑site position will be responsible for managing cost estimation, budgeting and financial control across construction projects, ensuring that each project remains financially viable and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for all project phases.
• Implement and monitor cost control measures to keep expenditures within approved budgets.
• Develop cost plans, conduct cost reporting and provide regular financial updates to project stakeholders.
• Oversee cost estimation and budgeting activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to guarantee budget compliance and financial accountability.
• Maintain detailed financial documentation and support audit processes.

Required profile

• Proficiency in cost control and cost management processes.
• Experience preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is an advantage.
