Project Manager

About the role

As part of a dynamic and growing engineering team, you will help develop and enhance Meritsoft's next‑generation systems. The position involves close collaboration with senior developers and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high‑performing, and scalable solutions that meet both client and product requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with senior developers and business teams to translate technical requirements into functional solutions.
• Contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of products in AWS and on‑premise environments.
• Write secure, reliable, and high‑quality code that follows established standards.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, and estimation sessions.
• Review code with a focus on clarity, performance, and maintainability.
• Ensure code quality through proper testing and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications efficiently and effectively.

• Ability to understand and transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in agile environments and contributing to sprint activities.
• Attention to detail in code quality, testing, and documentation.
