About the role
As a Functional Test Engineer, you will ensure software quality through manual testing practices, working closely with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements, execute test cases, and support the testing lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and analyse project requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Design, write, and execute manual test cases for applications.
- Perform functional, UI, regression, and smoke testing.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects throughout their lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage test data required for test execution.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and raise concerns.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Support release activities and maintain test documentation.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in manual testing.
- Graduation degree.
