Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Talent, ORC and Benefits)

About the role

EY is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management, Talent, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Benefits functional senior consultant to join its team in Kochi. The role covers implementation and support of Oracle Core HCM, Talent, ORC and Benefits, with onsite and offshore delivery and the possibility of travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Oracle Fusion HCM Talent, ORC and Benefits implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment, while supporting Oracle Core HR priorities
• Interpret functional requirements and deliver and design them from onsite and offshore, and travel onsite when required
• Work with clients to understand their business processes and recommend improvements, and carry out fit-gap analysis, configuration, functional design documentation and UAT
• Identify and mitigate system risks, recommend process improvements and develop project documentation (functional specs, test plans, user guides)
• Drive and assist business users during prototypes, CRPs, SITs, UATs and KUTs, prepare test scripts and cases and run trainings
• Troubleshoot issues in Core HCM, Talent, ORC and Benefits and ensure project timelines and milestones are met
• Participate in proposals and client presentations, guide junior consultants and stay up to date with Oracle HRMS features and best practices

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP HR modules (Fusion) in implementation and support, with at least 2-3 full-life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Core HR experience with localization knowledge of a Middle East country preferred
• Valid passport and willingness to work in MENA shift timings (Sunday to Thursday); client site work and business travel involved
• Graduate with an MBA in HRMS/HCM; Oracle certification and professional certifications (e.g. SHRM, HRCI) are a plus
• Prior consulting experience in a Big Four or similar firm is an asset

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, including OTBI, BI Publisher and HCM extracts
• Knowledge of Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Performance, Time and Labour is an added advantage
• Experience in costing and integration with manpower planning or attendance systems is nice to have
• Strong communication, project leadership, problem-solving and time-management skills
