About the role
As a Cloud Administrator you will work closely with senior engineers to maintain the cloud infrastructure and support multiple client applications.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor client applications 24x7 and respond to incidents, service requests and minor changes.
- Review and manage tickets, escalations and ensure SLA compliance.
- Perform system administration tasks such as account creation, deletion and access profile catalog maintenance.
- Manage backups, perform vulnerability monitoring, apply security fixes, patches and updates.
- Work in rotating shifts, including public holidays, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Required profile
- Persistence, follow‑up and strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work in rotating shift schedules, including public holidays.
Required skills
- Installation, configuration and management of Linux systems.
- Installation, configuration and management of Windows systems.
- Experience with Grafana (preferred).
