Paid Social Media Specialist (META)

About the role

The Paid Social Media Specialist manages, optimizes and analyzes paid social media campaigns across several platforms. The role reports to the Sr. Manager Performance Marketing and suits someone with a strong understanding of social media advertising, excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of successful social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok, including audience research, targeting setup and budget management to maximize ROI.
• Create engaging ad copy and creative assets aligned with campaign goals.
• Monitor campaign performance with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and other platform dashboards, and report regularly on engagement, CTR, CPC, CPA and ROI.
• Identify trends and insights to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on paid social strategy, stay current with platform updates and best practices, and run A/B tests to optimize ads and targeting.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns.
• Proven track record of running successful campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Social media advertising platforms: Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Advanced Excel, including data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: e-commerce experience, certification in social media advertising platforms, and familiarity with PPC and SEO.
