Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

ScaleupAlly is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in Noida to own and manage website traffic growth, improving both volume and quality through SEO, content and social media. The role works closely with SEO consultants to keep the site aligned with current SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) trends, and acts as the central coordination point between SEO, content, design and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Drive organic traffic growth through SEO, content and social media, working with SEO consultants on GEO trends
• Build a continuous website optimization strategy focused on discoverability, relevance and user engagement
• Lead the content strategy so blogs, pages, e-books and assets support business and marketing objectives and match search intent and brand positioning
• Manage end-to-end social media execution with a focus on clicks and website visits
• Develop an integrated digital visibility strategy across website, content and social channels
• Set the strategy for marketing asset readiness and reusability for long-term branding
• Coordinate SEO, content, design and social media to ensure all activities grow website traffic

Required profile

• 4-5 years of B2B IT Services digital marketing experience
• Proven experience in conversion funnel optimization and lead qualification
• Ability to drive revenue-focused growth, not just traffic

Required skills

• Strong SEO expertise (technical, transactional content, organic lead generation)
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking and CRM tools
