Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Support Analyst (Finance, HCM, SCM)

About the role

ECS is hiring an Oracle Fusion IT Application Support Analyst in Hyderabad, Telangana, on a full-time basis. The role provides first-line support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP covering Finance, HCM and SCM modules during Europe and US time-zone operations, ensuring business continuity through issue resolution, integration maintenance, period-close support and data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage user tickets in Halo / JIRA within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Finance (R2R, P2P, O2C), HCM and SCM modules.
• Log L1 tickets and escalate L2 and L3 tickets to functional and technical agents or Oracle service representatives for complex configuration or integration issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and document knowledge base articles.
• Ensure smooth handover communication between shifts.

Required profile

• 7-8 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, HCM and SCM).
• Proven L1/L2 support experience with hands-on work in FBDI/ADFDI, OIC and BI Publisher.
• Expertise in Finance, HCM and SCM modules.
• Experience working night shifts (2 PM to 11 PM) covering US time zones.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills for remote global collaboration.
