Manager - Services, Small & Medium Business (AP)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Manager to lead the SME Services strategy across the Asia Pacific region, driving new revenue streams and expanding our commercial payment offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SME Services strategy, expanding existing offerings and identifying new monetizable opportunities aligned to CNPF priorities.
• Build and implement the go‑to‑market approach, including segmentation, value proposition, packaging, pricing, and channel strategy.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Delivery, Studios, Analytics and account teams to create the SME services roadmap, pilot solutions and ensure strong post‑sale execution.
• Embed governance, codify best practices, share playbooks and build tools, insights and automation to improve efficiency and time‑to‑value.
• Represent SME Services through thought leadership, client engagement and market‑facing forums while building relationships with customers, fintechs and ecosystem partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in strategy, go‑to‑market execution or launching scalable products/services with commercial impact across multi‑market environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives and influence outcomes against ambitious growth targets.
• Strong consultative problem‑solving, executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort operating in highly matrixed, cross‑functional settings.

• Strong understanding of the payments industry and Commercial New Payment Flows.
