Strategic Pricing Manager

About the role

As Strategic Pricing Manager in the Magnetic Resonance (MR) Business, you will drive margin improvement through effective price management, leveraging commercial insight and data‑driven analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategic pricing initiatives and processes globally, protecting long‑term value and reducing price erosion.
• Develop portfolio and mix segmentation strategies based on value and profitability, and monitor pricing guidelines.
• Support the business in managing pricing exceptions and create local action plans.
• Apply value‑based pricing methodology for new product launches and devise new business models to meet evolving market needs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Exact Science, Engineering, Management or Economics.
• At least five years of progressive B2B pricing and analytics experience, preferably in consulting or a commercial function.
• Proven ability to inspire, influence and challenge stakeholders across functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with an entrepreneurial, results‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with analytical tools such as R, QlikView or Power BI.
