Manager / Deputy Manager – Central CSE

About the role

The role is responsible for designing and delivering optimal technical solutions for elevator and escalator projects, both new installations and modernisation, within KONE’s Central region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to design optimal technical solutions for new installations and modernisation projects, including KONE and third‑party offerings.
• Lead solution planning covering cost estimation, specification creation, energy and traffic calculations, and compliance with local codes and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate lead times, installability, maintainability and lifecycle requirements with supply line, installation and maintenance teams.
• Provide technical content for pre‑tender reviews, manage full‑chain engineering teams, and hand over complex projects to CSE engineers.
• Support delivery by creating layout drawings, analysing change requests, and supplying detailed information to project, installation and maintenance supervisors.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of engineering experience in the elevator industry.
• Strong customer focus, analytical problem‑solving and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Understanding of new construction and modernisation processes, local codes, sustainability standards and KONE product portfolio.
• Fluent English and good IT literacy.
