Management Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a Management Trainee to join Tata Electronics Private Limited’s new semiconductor foundry. The role offers a fast‑track opportunity to work on supply‑chain and operations projects in a cutting‑edge AI‑enabled manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage post‑purchase order activities and coordinate CFS‑based payment processes.
• Drive operational‑excellence initiatives to improve supply‑chain efficiency and process effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPI tracking mechanisms for business performance monitoring.
• Support creation and implementation of SOPs, process flows, checklists and governance frameworks.
• Analyse operational data and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and compliance.

Required profile

• MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations, preferably from a premier institute or leading B‑School.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and leadership potential.
• Ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
