Maintenance Technician – Flourish Park Apartments

About the role

RADCO is looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join the team at Flourish Park Apartments. You will be responsible for keeping the property safe, functional, and attractive for residents while delivering high‑quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the property’s overall condition and promptly address safety concerns.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Diagnose and repair minor issues, including appliance, roofing, and pool equipment.
• Assist with moving appliances and equipment to and from storage as needed.
• Provide on‑call support for emergencies, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a multi‑family setting.
• HVAC/EPA certifications (Type I, Type II or Universal) required; CPO certification preferred.
• Proven skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance and roofing repairs.
• Strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and self‑motivation.
• Availability for on‑call service and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
