Maintenance Services Technician II – DGCA CAR-66 Category A

About the role

Panasonic Avionics is seeking a qualified Maintenance Services Technician II holding a DGCA CAR‑66 Category A Aircraft Maintenance License. The role supports line maintenance of In‑Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other onboard equipment, ensuring serviceability and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform line maintenance tasks on IFEC and aircraft systems, including component removal, replacement, adjustments, inspections, and functional tests.
• Troubleshoot system failures down to line‑replaceable units, cabling, or related aircraft systems and conduct post‑repair functional testing.
• Execute cabin sweeps, built‑in test (BITE) and manual tests, and perform software and media loading.
• Clean components, equipment racks, and filters as required by the contract.
• Complete all required aircraft documentation and certification in accordance with customer‑specific requirements.
• Escalate and coordinate issues with the Lead or Supervisor promptly.
• Assist in airside inventory management, cycle counting, and related administrative tasks.
• Communicate and interface with customers, ensuring compliance with company‑issued authority and governing regulations.

Required profile

• Valid DGCA CAR‑66 Category A Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Experience performing line maintenance on aircraft IFEC systems or similar onboard equipment.
• Ability to work on aircraft in an airside environment and follow regulatory procedures.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and certification.
