Legal Counsel (Commercial Agreements)

About the role
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join a leading conglomerate. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements across diverse business units.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply, distribution and service agreements.
- Provide legal advice to business teams on contractual risks and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with external law firms and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery of legal services.
- Support internal stakeholders in dispute resolution and contract administration.
Required profile
- Post‑qualification experience (PQE) of 6–8 years, preferably within a law firm environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial agreements and contract law.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Required skills
- Commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Legal research and statutory interpretation.
- Knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
