About the role
The Shift Lead for Export Control & Sanctions Operations will manage the Sanction Party List (SPL) screening workflow during assigned shifts. This role ensures smooth execution of compliance activities, timely handling of queries, and adherence to service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee SPL screening operations throughout the shift, allocating workflows and monitoring progress.
- Manage mailers, stakeholder queries, and first‑level escalation of issues.
- Track and report errors, maintain activity trackers, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Conduct takeover and handover activities during shift changes.
- Communicate work guidance and instructions to shift members.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc, B.A., B.Tech, BCA, MBA).
- 2–5 years of experience in export control and sanctions compliance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions within guidelines, and coordinate with global teams.
